Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the hgxy Platform — whether by creating an account, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or simply navigating the website — you enter into a binding agreement with hgxy and agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Continued use following any published amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and hgxy with respect to the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other communication or promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the hgxy Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person or entity.
• You have not been self-excluded from hgxy or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or internal restriction prohibiting your participation.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that would impair your judgment.

hgxy strictly prohibits participation by individuals under the age of 21. We employ active age-verification procedures at registration and upon withdrawal request. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered user is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended pending verification. If underage use is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits returned, less any withdrawals already processed.

Section 3

Account Registration

To place bets, play casino games, or access any real-money feature of the hgxy Platform, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information current throughout the life of your account.

Each individual may register only one (1) account with hgxy. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. hgxy reserves the right to close all accounts held by the same individual and to void any bets or winnings associated with duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hgxy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify hgxy immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

hgxy reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, subject to returning any available real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure.

Section 4

Identity Verification (KYC)

hgxy operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and financial compliance obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet registered in your name).
• A selfie or live photo verification as requested by our compliance team.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed. hgxy targets a KYC review turnaround of one to three business days. You are responsible for submitting clear, legible, and authentic documentation. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or third-party documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Section 5

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hgxy Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes, subject to payment provider processing times.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.
• hgxy does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to your verified payment method, which must match the payment method used for deposits where applicable.
• hgxy targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), and up to three (3) business days for bank card and bank transfer withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• hgxy reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. You will be notified if additional information is required.

hgxy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Deposits and withdrawals must at all times be made from legitimate personal funds. Use of the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

Section 6

Bonuses and Promotions

hgxy offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published in full on the relevant promotion page prior to opt-in. The following general conditions apply to all hgxy bonuses:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have fully verified their account unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and qualifying game contributions are stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money balances are wagered first unless the applicable bonus rules specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
• hgxy reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already credited and in active play at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the original terms.
• Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers through systematic betting patterns, arbitrage, or any form of bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account reviewed for further action.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.

Section 7

Betting and Gaming Rules

By using the hgxy sportsbook or casino, you agree to be bound by the specific game and betting rules applicable to each product. The following general rules apply across the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. hgxy does not permit cancellation of accepted bets except where specified in the rules of a particular market or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or sporting event, hgxy will apply the relevant settlement rules for that product. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds on the hgxy sportsbook are quoted in decimal format. hgxy reserves the right to amend odds up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted at the quoted price, that price is locked.
• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) tested by independent auditors. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available from the game information panel within the casino lobby.
• hgxy reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of betting, where match manipulation is suspected, or where an error in the market setup has created an obvious unfair advantage.
• Maximum payout limits may apply per bet, per event, or per day. These limits are published in the sportsbook and casino rules sections and are subject to change.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

hgxy is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a full suite of player-protection tools accessible directly from the account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, and permanent self-exclusion.

If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use these tools and to contact our support team for assistance. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed until the specified exclusion period has elapsed.

Section 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hgxy Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the casino, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage, or coordinated betting designed to exploit the Platform or other players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any hgxy game or system feature.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hgxy staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person without explicit written authorisation from hgxy.
• Charging back deposits after wagering activity has taken place on the Platform.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the hgxy Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, data compilations, page layouts, and the hgxy brand identity — is the intellectual property of hgxy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of hgxy. Scraping, data harvesting, or systematic extraction of Platform content by any means is strictly prohibited.

Section 11

Privacy and Data Protection

hgxy collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — such as payment processors and KYC verification agencies — on a strictly need-to-know basis and subject to binding data processing agreements.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hgxy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer failure.

hgxy makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content therein is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

In no event shall hgxy's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

hgxy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice displayed upon login. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect your rights) may be made without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

Section 14

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, account transaction, or any other aspect of the hgxy Platform, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. hgxy commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 48 hours of receipt and providing a substantive response within seven (7) business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable law. hgxy will cooperate in good faith with any regulatory or judicial process initiated through proper legal channels.

These Terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Section 15

Termination of Account

You may close your hgxy account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and pending KYC verification.

hgxy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where continued operation of the account poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform, or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance. In cases of account closure for cause, hgxy may withhold balances pending investigation and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.
